He has a delivery that makes you feel like he is talking to you personally. He is so sincere and honest.

You can tell that these issue/points/conclusions are things that has thought about for a long long time. He's able to inspire because he's lived the racial and ethnic experience...and he's also lived among the white experience.

Yes, you don't feel that he is delivering some packaged "message" he arrived at in consultation with his staff. It is an expression of his true thoughts and feelings; and how long has it been since any politician granted us access to those?
