I don't believe that's all there is to it. In observing the Bush "way" of bringing about his pre 9-11 mantra, I believe there were those within his secret planning group, who sought to protect their own interests, At some point, outsourcing jobs and keeping this option open to corps. was critical in making pre-skilled Americans availible to the military when the time was right.
I do not underestimate the Bush people at all when it comes to saving their own hide first. Nor in their ability to carry out their plans for the ultimate goal of world dominance. Remember, the Saudis walk hand in hand with Bush.
From the planned demise of Bill Clinton, the twisted tale of the Bush/Gore election and how the Supreme Court ended up quickly appointing Bush, to their talk of invading Iraq immediately. Add to this the whole Diebold voting scam to reassure Bush another 4 years.
Bush needed an ongoing military with more highly trained techs than the military could provide in a short time. It all fits, as far as I am concerned. "Outsourcing is good for America" Bush claims. A baffled Lou Dobbs asks weekly, "but WHY is it good"
This is why.
Bush people are schemers. They don't have to play by anyones rules. They have a goal to achieve and will sacrifice anyone necessary to arrive at their goal. They are at the closest point ever, to being on their way to that goal, and they will NOT give it up the powers the US Presidency offers them.
THAT is why we have to continue to piece the Bush puzle together and call them on every theory we have. They need to constantly be on the defensive.
