Kerry/Kennedy = Good Cop/Bad Cop

Is Ted Kennedy playing the bad cop to John Kerry's good cop? Kennedy seems to be making the controversial charges leaving Kerry to look diplomatic and presidential. Take Kennedy's charge that Iraq is the new Vietnam. It's a potent charge that will leave a strong impression in a lot of voters' minds, but because it didn't come from Kerry, it doesn't reflect too harshly on him.

1. I don't call it GC/BC, but a plan the Pubs have been doing for a

long time! If you remember, it was never GWB who made all the nasty accusations against his opponents, both Dem and Pub, it was his minions, and he stayed above the frey.

I think it's a great idea! Message gots out and the Candidate stays clean.

2. I feel that both Kennedy and Kerry are more to be admired than the

average Democrat, because of the fact that they both come from wealthy, privileged families and yet have still chosen to champion the causes of the least privileged and least wealthy.....It seems to me that MOST people who come from their backgrounds are almost automatically pro what will benefit the big money people and big business....Kennedy's whole family fights for these causes.....
