Keyboard Confessional: I'm a Hillary supporter but today I've decided...
that I'm a super Hillary supporter and pledge to do whatever I can to see her to the GE.

How many times have you clicked on a post that contains a confession from a possible, former or fence-sitting Hillary supporter who has finally "seen the light" and must give her up like a bad habit. Oh, the drama. I'm always gripped by the lead and then dissappointed by the narrative.

I'm very proud of Hillary's ability to rally her campaign afer early mismanagement, tirelessly canvas for votes, speak intelligently and meaningfully about issues, fend off incessant attacks and withstand withering press coverage.

And how about that great wardrobe? Yeah, she has a pretty kickass campaign closet and I'm digging it. I hope I have that much style, poise, intelligence and depth of response in my life. I look up to Hillary. She will make a great president.

6. She hasn't had to withstand 'withering' press coverage, though.
It would be 'withering' if anyone in the mainstream media cared to point out that she doesn't actually have a chance of overtaking Obama in delegates (which none of them have done; her campaign may have a broken leg, but it's in their interests to pretend this is still a horse race).

11. Great post, thanks!
Some guy was just on Rachel Maddow blathering at her over and over, "what does Ready on Day One mean"?

Jesus Christ, can he go get a dictionary? It's a fairly descriptive phrase.

BTW, Rachel was great, she is not supporting either candidate over the other, which is why I can still listen to her.

You see, we Hillary supporters don't DEMAND that radio hosts support her. We prefer respectful, neutral commentary.

She is in it to win it no matter what it takes, this is the likely last chance for this opportunity in her lifetime, and given both her and Mr Clinton's drive and efforts in the past to succeed at their goals, it is clearly in both their DNA to do what it takes.

Just please be careful how far "do whatever I can to see her to the GE." can take the Democratic Party and its wider goals of success downticket not just one campaign.

Just a question of curiosity, would that include if she left the Democratic party to run as an independent between now and the fall election?

17. To my embarassment I slid from my support of Hillary to an
acceptance of the idea of Obama.

After months of being called a racist for any question or doubt I had about Obama, I realized that years of a president supported by folks who scream "racism" every time he does not get his way could only hurt this country and destroy progressivism.

I'm with you in my support of Hillary and promise to do whatever I can to get her elected. Not because I dislike him, but I know she would be the pest president of any and all running.

You failed to spell my screen name correctly and "Freudian" should be capitalized. If you are going to make a point by drawing attention to a key board slip, you should be more careful about your own.

I hope that this statement is not considered racist.

63. You're entitled to dream. But it will never happen. Independents simply won't vote for her.
I should know. I am one of those independents who really wants to vote Dem. in the fall, and I plan on it. Unless the Clintons are the candidate.

66. I like the way Hillary gives Bush the authority to bomb Iran
and sides with the elites of Latin America. Hillary's love affair with murderers and torturers is well documented, Hillary would have loved Pinochet just as much as she loved Ariel Sharon.

91. I don't straddle fences...
seems like that would hurt. No, I'm more of a knot-hole peeking and, when ready, fence-hurdling kind of person.

100. She's got my vote
I have a lot of respect for Hillary and will proudly support her all the way. Hoping it's a Clinton/Biden or Clinton/Clark ticket.

And all do everything to ensure Obama is the nominee. Isn't democracy great!

Now at the end of this...no matter who wins. John McCain is the enemy. Remember that.
