Obama should learn to practice what he preaches and stop causing "bickering".
Ferrarro and Bill Clinton did not make racist comments.
Analysis of voters by race is not being racist.(But voting for a particular candidate only because their race could be)
You all are making a big deal out of nothing just to elevate your candidate.
Obama is encouraging it.Obama should learn to practice what he preaches and stop causing "bickering".
So much for his words, they have no meaning.

1. Ferraro says Obama is only successful because he's black. Obama is to blame. Welcome to Hillworld.

4. I wonder if we evaluated Hillary on her Gender
I'm sure the Hillary supporters would not call us sexist, right?

8. Shes saying he has 80% of the AA vote because hes black.
Which is true.
If Hillary were also AA ,the votes of the AA population would be more evenly distributed.
The AA population is not voting a particular way just on issues.

10. No that's not what she said, and AA's are only 13% of our population.
How is this such a huge advantage?

11. No, she's saying Obama is where he is because he's black, esp. in reference to the media.
(Clinton handily led the black vote until after Iowa, btw.)

25. Oh, I get it. She led the black vote until people ACTUALLY STARTED VOTING!
That clears it up for me.

27. Pretty much. She led in black support.
Then, people started voting, Obama showed he was viable, and blacks started paying attention. Clinton noticed that she was losing black support, panicked, decided to downplay Obama's rising support by playing Super Racebait GoGoGo before SC, and then woke up the next morning and noticed that all her black support had evaporated.

28. If she really wants to go after Pastor Wright, she'll lose ALL the African American
voters in the US, not just a large majority of them.

6. I've had. you guys win. so long
as there are paid political liars and dissemblers coming here in such force, twisting the truth in favor of their queen, I am withdrawing and going on a sabatical.

All these low # members, all on message, all spewing the same shit.

the worst part is that they KNOW that they are lying, because the only alternative is that they are off their meds and simply not in our universe. In fact, I do believe I will repeat this message on a diary.

9. my god.
She wasn't analyzing the damn voters! She said what she said: "If Obama was white, he wouldn't be in this position."

and you know something? Even if it were true, which it bloody isn't, it's still a shitty and offensive thing to say. Disgusting that people are still defending it.

21. Purposefully obtuse.
If I came out and said that Hillary Clinton is getting special treatment because everyone is enthralled by the fact that she's a woman (which is equivilent to what Ferraro said about Obama), that's a sexist thing to say. It implies that women don't have the intelligence to make their own decisions, and vote based purely on gender.

Honestly, I'm surprised that some Clinton supporters, who perceive sexism in benign words like "periodically" and "claws" can't grasp this idea.
