Is there any good news for Obama today?
Are there any more super-delgates rushing to his side? Any new polls showing him moving ahead of Clinton? How is the math looking these days and who has the momentum?

1. Obama can't lose the elected delegate count.
He's got it clinched, pretty much.

Part of the kitchen sink is race-baiting from the Hillscum.

11. He's reached 2025? Then that ends it.
I had read sometime back that neither could reach that number without resorting to super delegates. So much for experts and so much for having to push a loser over the line with super delegates. The Clinton supporters have then lost their otherwise legitimate and historically correct claim that neither had won.

7. No need to bring gender into it...he would have done it if she were a man.
He attacked the behavior...it had nothing to do with gender.

8. if he gets 30% of the non-AA vote nationwide and 100% of the AA he will get 40% against McCain???
Edited on Wed Mar-12-08 11:36 PM by papau
in Miss in a Dem primary he only got 30%, so with the GOP tossed in that 30% may be only 15% in a secret ballot election - but that is still at least 25% of the vote

he needs 60% of the non-AA women to win in the general

how does he get that without Hillary as VP at least

15. Actually, Obama would have gotten a bigger portion of the Dem White Vote In Mississippi...
Edited on Thu Mar-13-08 02:32 AM by FrenchieCat
but the republicans cheated, and gave Hillary a wider margin of White vote, and in so doing, reduced Obama's White vote total.

Can you show me this 30% of White vote overal stat and the source? I believe that he has won too many predominately White states for what you say to be true or accurate.

Republicans tilted the White Vote to Hillary Clinton by an astonishing 24%.....meaning that Obama's percentage in the MS White Dem vote was under-reported by 24%!

Total Votes in the Democratic primary in MS = 407,217
Total Republican voting in that number = 13% = 52,938
Total voting for Hillary of the 13% = 75%
Total Republicans voting for Hillary = 37,056
Total Hillary vote count = 155,686
Total Republican percentage made up Hillary's vote count = 23.8% which rounds to 24%

They really don't want Obama in the whitehouse, do they? He has no chance of winning Mississippi in November. None what-so-ever at all.

19. No, those Republicans want McCain....and the easiest
road to getting that done is by putting up Hillary as the Dem Candidate.

20. Nope. Sorry. They don't even want Obama to play in the game
They're hedging their bet by ensuring that he doe4sn't even get a chance to win. Who do you think Mississippi whites will be happier with if John mcCain loses, Hillary or Obama? You're as wrong as the day is long.

14. No, a new PA poll showed him falling further behind. He now trails by 19
Before 3/4 he was in a dead heat. He then went down to 15 behind, then 16, and now 19...
