This is a poem. Words and ideas are our greatest weapons against the people that have kept our nation from achieving it's true potential.
We use them against ourselves far too often. Sometimes incendiary language should be put to use. I wrote that poem to flame this board
the unspoken truth that we all know. We are just pawns in another game of the conservative white male. They hold the power. They hold the
future. Can we take it away from them?

I won't get into whether or not this is a "poem;" we obviously have very different ideas about that. But it is certainly about as bigotted a piece of writing as I have ever seen.

Reducing human beings to simple-minded stereotypes is just as heinous coming from liberals as it is coming from conservatives; more so, because we should know better.
