PA primary race is turning out to be interesting
All I can say is, there is a part of me that sort of feels bad for Arlen Specter. Seems like Pat Tomney stole a line from Howard Dean lol, he said I read I am from the republican wing of the republican party. Tomney also said he would have loved to see Bork on the court. Personally I am drawn to what I want, do I want Specter to win because after all Pennsylvanians have elected right wing nut Santorium in the past or do I want Tomney because there will be a moderate republican backlash. Either way I hope Hoefel wins the GE of course.

1. What's the latest Specter-Toomey Poll?
The last one I saw showed Specter 46 and Toomey 40!

2. not sure
I am not a PA resident but PA politics interest me because my family is from there originally, anyone from Johnstown or Pittsburgh? thats where my family is from. Thats pretty amazing, that poll is close. It looks to me like the club for growth is putting money in the race too.

3. Quinnipiac poll at same time as that poll.....
showed Specter 52, Toomey 37. Specter was leading but that was two weaks ago and some said Specter did bad in the debate. Toomey seems to have momentum but Bush is coming into the state to campaign for Specter so it could be close.

4. Toomey will win, the hicks will come out of the woodwork to vote for this
slimeball.

We need to get behind Hoeffel asap and get him in the senate. He has a good chance against looney tomney.

5. Let's hope Arlen wins the primary
Because the conservative wing of the GOP will not come out for Specter after this damaging primary. Democrats will be united and the GOP will be divided.
