In a speech at Georgetown University on Wednesday, John Kerry outlined his budget for moving America in a new direction. John Kerry said his budget would create 10 million new jobs, cut the deficit in half in four years, and make health care and education more affordable.

After his economic speech at Georgetown, John Kerry will be taking his message to the country on four Wednesday TV shows:
