I am sad tonight
I was an edwards supporter, and when he dropped out..for the most part i just watched and said i would vote for whoever our nominee is. i still will...

however, as someone who loves Bill Clinton, the Clinton campaign is making me sick. I don't mind if she is our nominee, but never align yourself with those thugs especially McCain who is so much worse then Bush. that comment about experience yesterday showed that she is not running for the dems or america, she is running to keep power in the family.

now this speech tonight in ohio! i loved how she took victory again in michigan even though she was the only one on the ballot. i love how she said ohio picks the president etc..........well guess what you are running to be on the ballot of the democratic party. no one forced her, she could have run green and followed their rules, or run socialist and follow their rules, run repub, and follow their rules....guess what you petitioned to be on the deomcratic ballot. therefore you play by those rules. florida and michigan(though it might have been wrong) do not count. also delegates choose our candidate not the amount of "big" states you win.

i love how are delegates are split, its the democratic way..makes sure all who vote are represented.

lastly, her just campaigning in big states is the old way of doing things that got us into the rutt we are in. i am also a big fan of Howard Dean and the 50 state strategy. even if a state is 60 percent rethug, guess what they are 40% democrat and they deserve a voice. the way her campaign knocks those people as unimportant will give us more and more republicans in power.

now i started saying i would vote for either...and I will......i just hope we don't damage our great party which is the party that helps the unfortunate, is full of thinkers, and is my home!

sorry for the ramble!

4. Just sounds like you've bought the Obama spin
Hillary and Bill were never the enemy .... they got attacked left and right by the GOP and why? Because they were intelligent enough to make things work for the 'little guy' and prevent the military/political industrial/business complex from screwing us out of our fair share.

9. no
i did not buy any sign and I won't. My primary was after edwards dropped out and i still voted for him. I like Hillary's health plan better, I like obama's idea of talking to our enemies...etc

i am not saying the clinton's are the enemy. like i said, i loved bill.....i met him a couple times and he was the most engaging interesting person. he was larger then life.........i don't mind hillary bringing up experience, or even that stupid 3am ad.....it was the mccain line that really pissed me off......

15. Please explain Mark Penn!
If Hillary and Bill aren't the enemy--how in the world do you justify Mark Penn and his crazy Karl Rove style of politics??????

7. Welcome to DU

I was, and am still, a proud John Edwards supporter / Democrat. I still maintain that he would have been the best to nominate against McLame.

This country lost a great opportunity.

Welcome ... :toast:

17. You better learn how to buck-up if you wanna play in this party.
No more crying and whining. We've had enough of that from Obama over the last several weeks.
