if something sticks to him and sticks to him hard, he will drop in the polls and the supers will have a tough decision to make.

Think about Donna Brazile - she once was quoted as saying that if the super delegates decide this, she's quitting the party.

Tonight, she stated that the supers will have to make their decision on electability - ie they are going to see who resonated in the big states and the critical states like Ohio and Florida. That person is Hillary Clinton.

14. Nope. Obama wins Vt and TX in both popular vote and caucus and ends the night

with more delegates won. Then Wyoming this weekend and Mississippi on Tuesday and Obama will be well ahead in pledged delegates and then 50 Super delegates will come out for him. Dem honchos will begin to tell Hillary to get out for the good of the party.

The Republicans know who the nominee is, and they're going to attack him for the next 6 weeks with Hillary hitting him as well.

So Obama STILL will be the nominee but with Hillary attempting to destroy him before he can define himself for a general election.

He loses in Ohio, wins the primary in Texas, wins the caucus in Texas, has already won Vermont, and loses in RI... but in RI, instead of Hillary picking up 3 net, she only picks up 2 net (11-9).

I was a little worried before tonight that Obama would lose the primary vote in Texas, and only win the caucus and delegate counts... but not by much. But the thing about losing the primary vote is that it would allow Hillary to spin this as a big night for her (3 wins!!!), and gloss over the fact that she made NO PROGRESS on cutting into the delegate lead that Obama has. Now I'm confident that Obama will INCREASE his delegate lead tonight. That plus a Texas primary win and Texas caucus win... well, let's just say that in the next day or two, there will be some big announcements. About time too.

Not worried anymore.

Obama gained more delegates yet again.

Poor Hillary hasn't had a single night in the entire campaign where she gained more delegates than Obama.
And Wyoming (12 delegates) and Mississippi (33 delegates) coming up in the next seven days, ready to give more delegates on Obama. Even when she thinks things are going great, she falls further and further and further behind.
