A Call to Rationality
This is not intended to be anything other than a call to rationality,

He is ahead of her in Deleglates; in pledged delegates, In Popular vote and in states won. She has won bigger states but those staes will certainly be blue and in swing states Obama either wins (Wisconsin/Virginia/Iowa) or it is a virtual tie (New Mexico/Missouri/and assumedly Ohio). Notwithsatnding the facts, I will say again:

1. If she wins both Ohio and Texas we have a real horse race.

2. If she loses Texas and draws in Ohio with a small margin... I think she has to deal with the financial reality and the party unity issues.

3. If she loses both.....She needs to understand that while she is entitled to run, the chances of stopping or even slowing Obama's momentum are very small and the party has every right to start pressuring her to get out so that Obama can bring the party together early and start putting the GE operation in place. Were I Obama, in this scenario, I would give her the Keynote. I would suggest to her that I'd support her to be the new majority Leader and I would ask her to lead the effort on health care reform. Maybe you offer the the VP slot, but also ask her not to accept it.
