18. No it isn't. The difference in the polls are from different weightings of the youth vote
PPP and Decision Analyst Use the more accurate likely turnout approach based on THIS YEAR's primaries and caucuses (20% or more) while RAS and Gallup and most others say youth turnout will be 11% or so. Since youth are 3 ti 1 for Obama, it radically shifts the poll.

All these polls are actually saying the same thing, since the youth turnout will be huge again - at least in TX. O wins TX. Depending on youth being registered in OH and turning out, he could win there as well.
