16. Roughly 40, and it's a RED island to, LOL!
"In 2004 President George W. Bush received all but one of the 40 votes cast on the island. The remaining vote was cast for Green Party nominee David Cobb. 51 registered voters did not cast ballots.<18> In 2006 Dan Akaka received 33 votes in the 2006 Senate election to Cynthia Thielen's 3"...

18. Hillary's people didn't show up at one location
At Kapolei Middle School's middle cafeteria, Carolyn Golojuch, chairwoman of the District 40 Caucus site, said she was prepared for a larger-than-normal crowd. And many of the potential voters would not even know if they were registered Democrats, Golojuch said. "I'm not sweating this," she said. "They say this will be 10 times bigger than anything we've ever had before. But you know what? Last year time we only had 20 people." Shortly after 6 p.m. ? an hour before the caucus began ? at least 80 people were already lined up. Isabel Freund, of Makakilo, was prepared to vote in her first caucus tonight and was prepared to vote for Hillary Clinton. "We have two very good candidates and I'm just very interested in participating tonight," Freund said. "We definitely need a change." About 10 Barack Obama volunteers staffed tables helping people figure out the process. They wore Obama T-shirts, stickers and buttons. No volunteers for Hillary Clinton showed up at the caucus site. "There's nothing Hillary here tonight," Obama volunteer Jeff McKnight said.

It's very possible 4/5s of the precincts won't be in for several more hours at least.
