Once you've made your 3 GDP OPs for the day, here's a mental health exercise you can do...
Go back and check the nature of each OP--how many are positive posts about your own candidate (or positive about the Primary in general), and how many are negative posts about your candidate's rival (or negative about the Primary in general)?

If all three are negative posts--by all means, switch off your computer and stay away from DU for awhile, or at least GDP. You're probably not helping anyone's case.

If two are negatives and only one is positive--you're getting there, but you still need to lighten up a bit. For god's sake, we're all on the same side!

If two are positives and only one is negative--you're a credit to our website. Amicable, but willing to duke it out for the candidate you support--isn't that the ideal?

If all three are positive posts--all of 'em are currently climbing up the Greatest Page, and your name is almost certainly NanceGreggs. :hi:

NOTE: this is all meant to be tongue-in-cheek. Be a LIBeral, not a LITeral!

Also, I haven't slept now for about 30 hours (for reasons quite outside politics) so that too might have something to do with it...
