Opinion on tax cuts

Can you live with this or would this be confusing?

Instead of focusing on repealing the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy, would it be better for the Kerry campaign to focus on keeping the tax cuts for the middle class and offering new tax cuts for education, health care and small business? Do you specifically need to know that the tax cuts for the wealthy will be repealed in order to pay for education and health care programs, most of which have nothing to do with tax cuts?

Just curious.

1. Kerry should stop beating up on the wealthy

You can describe the benefit of a progressive tax structure without beating up on the wealthy and giving the Republicans ammo for their "class warfare" argument.

I cringe when I hear that line of Kerry's, but it's true though.

They were regressive tax cuts.
