Obama did not set the rules for who can vote in a primary.

If you look at exit polling...IOf you ever saw beyond the nedo for your nose what you will find is that among voters in the primaries that have occured so far.. Hillary has gotten 33% and Obama has gotten 36%

AMong Republican,,,,Hillary has gotten 19% while Obama has gotten 27% and Edwards has gotten 31%

If you look ate Democrats. Clinton has gotten 45% while Obama has gotten 39%
