Missourians for Kerry.....Check In
I'm feeling REALLY BLUE today.

My home state let me down in the 2000 election. I have since taken a distinct disliking for the color RED!

I am now sufficiently motivated to campaign even harder than I did four years ago, in my beautiful but unprogressive state.

It will be a very tough fight, but Missouri is very winnable for JK.

Looking forward to riding "The Big Blue Bus"!

To all my fellow Kerry supporters in my back yard; Please don't take anything for granted. Your vote alone will not be enough. We need money and volunteers.

You can bet your sweet bippy that our two idiot Republican Senators will be working very hard to keep the illegal and immoral power structure in place.

2. Bond is an alcoholic who has never had an original thought.
But then, it's kind of hard to have a thought, when you have only one brain cell circling around in your head frantically in search of another.

3. I'm near Independence
I will vote for Kerry but Right now I doubt that I will campaign for him.

He inspire me by his actions in the Senate and on the road not just his words. What little money and time I have I have to spend wisely. I am one of those that vote, not one of 48% that don't so as a consumer if the Dem party and Kerry by extension wants more than just my vote they have to sell to me.

My vote is the equivelant of buing something at a thrift store or Wal-Mart, generally quick and fairly cheap.

My time is the equivelant of buying at Jones or another higher priced shop, it requires more selling and committment.

My money is the equivelant of going to crown center and buying season tickets for the Chiefs. I really have to be sold on the product.

Kerry has not "sold" me yet.

His supports here are, on the other hand, not helping. I am and have been a DK supporter. I do not apperciate the venom focused on those that are not 150% behind Kerry. Obviously many of them have not been in retail or sales as they would have a hard time convincing an Eskimo that he needs fire. Instead of showing how fire would help and improve his life, they are saying "Just take the fire! If you know what is good for you, you will take it. If you don't take it or use heated rocks instead than you are a traitor and outcast of the tribe!"

Now is time for a soft sell, get those of us that are dissatisfied in the door before you try your hard sell.

5. You think Missouri is unprogressive?!
I live in Kansas. Enough said.

When I work for Kerry (and I will), it will be in KCMO. Much more cost effective than beating my head against a wall here.

I will also work for Dennis Moore in KS. Kerry will need every Democrat in Congress we can put or keep there.

7. Three cheers for Dennis Moore!
It really says something about a democrat who can consistently win a congressional seat in an overwhelming republican district.

6. Former MO Dean supporter, checking in here.
I have now signed up to volunteer and donated to Kerry. Two weeks ago I would have never considered doing that. Two things changed. First, I'm far enough removed from Dean's loss to have forgotten the sting of defeat. Second, 60 Minutes had a story on some of the families of soldiers killed in Iraq. All I can say is that Bush is a heartless batard who must go. Kerry has so many positives over Bush, he is now my guy.
