Going to hear Wes Clark Friday night!

Thanks to WesDem and his/her connections I am getting a ticket and a chance to meet Wes and Gert Clark after the dinner and speech.

He is going to be in Topeka to speak for John Kerry. Have I ever said before... Nobody EVER comes here! For me this is very exciting. It will be the first ever campaign speech I will ever have had the opportunity to attend. (I suppose I could have gone to hear Dole but....)

Just wanted to share (gloat a little). Now I have to go change my schedule around so I can be there! Yippee, I sure needed this today.

He has been requested to appear as the keynote speaker. We are still awaiting confirmation.

$125 donation to the Montgomery County Democratic Party.

I missed a fligt a day after Christmas to see him at a cocktail party in LA thanks to the stupid orange alert, however it made me determined to go to NH and help out where I eventually got to meet him and the nice thing was that my dad ans son got to also, so it worked out better.
