My Repub neighbor says she's voting Dem for the first time ever...
for Obama! She said she can't believe she's voting Dem, is very excited about Obama-- she says that after B*sh, she'll never vote for another Republican again.

She's a great gal BTW, and I'm glad she's seen the light.

2. Would she vote for the other Democrats?
And (LOL) did she apologize for her previous votes?

8. She has apologized to me for voting for B*sh...
she said she was afraid to tell me (until recently a weather-beaten Kerry-Edwards sticker hung on my storm door), and has apologized on more than one occasion.

She doesn't like Hillary... that's a good question, i'll ask her if there is any other Dem she'd vote for. :)

4. That's encouraging.
Unfortunately it took Republicans 8 years to figure out Bush is an idiot. :(

5. Unfortunately slimy tricks and racebaiting will probably thwart that goal.
She'll be choosing between Clinton and McCain. I think we both know how that will probably go. :(

jump the shark as well. Freaked me out. Just when I had him firmly pigeon-holed, he flew the coop.

12. Souls CAN be saved!
My best friend, who fell down, deeply, into the Dark Side (hung around with too many windshield cowboys and rednecks in the last couple of decades, I'm afraid, and their cowshit rubbed off on her) is now an Obama fan. I happily welcomed her back into the Side of the Light. Man, that one was painful for a LONG time, though!

13. On C-Span the first 2 republicans wanted obama
The first caller was an informed dem. The next 2 solid pukes had never voted for a dem in their lives swore they had enough, and were voting Obama.

17. Only someone stupid enough to vote for Bush
Would fall for the media creation that is Obama. Did you clue her in that she needs to vote for him in a primary, and that he is not very likely to win the nomination? And if she is a registered rethung, how is she going to do that? Sounds like another clueless voter, which explains the Obama thing. I'll bet if you asked her, she couldn't tell you a single thing about him, his policy issue position, or his experience.

Obama, the great media creation.
