9. You would think that after all
the problems (esp in Broward County) in the past and having so much time to straighten it out knowing all eyes would be on it, they would have tested and tested and tested the system. And if I was on a jury, past crimes wouldn't be allowed in testimony - too prejudicial.

10. All of our drivers licenses have a barcode, security patch,
and strip on them. It would be hard to fake.
