If the Kennedy's are alongside Obama now, it is likely that Ted Kennedy will be a significant factor in an Obama presidency. His presidency could be strongly influenced by the Kennedy's and Ted may end up being one of his strongest confidants.
Great leaders inspire, and they surround themselves with the best people--and they move forward in that way.
I used to work with this amazing man--a senior vp at a high-tech company. He was exactly like Obama. The man lost his phone every other day and couldn't keep papers straight, but the man was a visionary and he knew how to extract the best out of people. He hired the best technical and creative experts--and he directed all of us to new levels--personally and professionally.
I think Obama would govern and lead in a similar way. What a political coup--to have the Kennedy's a part of his team.
Maybe he'll ask one of the Kennedys to play a major role in his administration?
