I'm in Florida, and have been registered to vote since 2006. I'm operating under the assumption that the party will eventually be forced to seat Florida delegates.
Unfortunately, since I've been living in dorms and haven't found an apartment to live in, my address isn't pinned down. Which means I haven't bothered to update my voter registration, and worse, I can't find my card. (Yes, I know it's heinously negligent of me. Would the DMV be able to replace it on the spot?)
However, it's a state-level-only primary. Presidential candidate and a state constitution amendment. No local issues. Can I still vote, and will I have to go back to my last-registered precinct to do so? My family moved from that precinct last year -- seems like fraud to me if I go back there, but again, it's a state-only primary.
I'm 99% sure delegates are determined only by popular vote, not by county or anything like that.
