Will someone please explain these quotes to me?
"Stop crying in your teacups. It isn't going to change. Get over it."

-John Forbes Kerry, on the 2000 election

How am I supposed to "get over" a crime of this magnitude? The 2000 theft was no "third-rate robbery;" it was one of the biggest nonviolent crime of the century!

---------------------------------------------

"My vote was the right vote. Saddam Hussein had to be held accountable for disarming."

-John Forbes Kerry, on his support for sending US troops to die for a fraudulent war in Iraq

So, Saddam had to be held accountable, but not Osama?

1. Those quotes must make it hard for you to support Dean.

4. I will try to translate what I believe the Anti-Deaner is saying
Edited on Thu Dec-18-03 09:33 PM by Northwind
It is one of the the latest attempts to smear Dean by the Anti-Dean camp. Before you read what I am about to say, it is best to twist and warp your brain into a shape that I can only describe as "dumbass."

Apparently, accordingly to Anti-Dean people, Since Dean opposed the war from the beginning, and spoke against it at every opporutnity, and since Kerry voted to give the President a blank check to wage an immoral war and abdicate one of his most important responsibilities as a member of Congress, and has since defended it as the right decision, Kerry and Dean actually had the same position on the war.

As far as I can tell, Dean speaking out against the war was the same as Kerry voting to support it and kill a lot of American soldiers and brown middle-eastern people.

Next up, I imagine we will hear how all of the things Kerry has blatantly ripped off from the Dean campaign (to no effect) were actually completely different and original ideas. Oh, wait, they already did that one...

Go figure.

the one thing he rode the hardest and managed to waffle that.
