So is this handshake going to become like the Reagan comments here for a couple of days?

Did it ever occur to any of you Clinton hypocrites that Obama might have been trying politely to give Kennedy and Clinton a moment of private talk given recent events? It must have been extremely awkward for all of them.

Get a life, people.

1. Yes, but worse....there was actually some meat to the Reagan thing.
This is just stupidly inconsequential.

...which is exactly why I expect some here to be really worked up about it...

3. Count on it.
The poo-flinging on multiple threads will make GD-P unbearable until about Thursday, until some other trivial thing comes up for the ranters to chew on like an old bone.

4. Anyone remember that episode on West Wing
when Alan Alda's character (I forget his name) was running for president on the Republican side, and after days of handshaking, his hand swelled up to the point where he couldn't use it? Maybe they're just tired of shaking hands.

Sheesh. This has to be one of the all-time stupid "controversies" ever on DU.

6. No, it seems to me that Obama didn't want anything to do with greeting Hillary.
Even though he clearly saw her, made eye contact, and she approached them.

7. Which if true would be perfectly natural
given the fact she and Kennedy had probably not talked since the endorsement. If anything, he was probably being polite and deferential to Kennedy and Clinton having a moment, if you will.

9. Each new post brings new spin by the Obamaniacs
The REAL hilarious thing here though is that the outrage topics by the Obamaniacs far far outnumber the few topics like mine that reported the event initially. They are in full scramble mode.

10. That's exactly what happened.
It's what I would have done.

It's really sad that people are so eager to think the worst in others.
