What's with the Orwellian reports about a "multi racial coalition" in SC?
Does anybody think this kind of reporting is going to help us pick a winning nominee?

The black candidate won 80% of the black vote. The black candidate lost 75% of the white vote.

The white candidates won 75% of the white vote. The white candidates lost 80% of the black vote.

You won't find this reported here. It's insane.

1. It's spin.
SC also does not reflect the nation at large.
Florida will give us a better idea of what will happen on 2/5. 2/5 itself is the big day.

2. Yes, Florida is the best representation, especially because Clinton will win it
Any state that she wins is the best representation of America. Any state she loses does not represent America.

9. As long as Hillary wins them
If she doesn't, they don't tell a story. It would be a fluke. Maybe Jesse Jackson won them too?

3. Psssstttttt
Ted Kennedy is a white guy.

That sentence makes as much sense as your rambling Hillary support that will say anything.

4. I like how you had to morph Edwards's numbers in with Hillary
to make your point. That being said Obama's 24% of the white vote is not bad when you REMEMBER that their are TWO other candidates in the race.

7. Yes it does.
What a nitwit. 25% isn't half bad for 1/3rd of the candidates. He was what ten percentage points behind hillary and Edwards.

8. Obama got 52% of the under 30 nonblack vote
He finished 9 points behind Hillary among the 30-44 yo voters, which were NOT won by your candidate but by John Edwards.

He doesn' have biracial support? :wtf:

17. So, what you are saying is that Obama got 25% of the white vote in a three way race...
... against 2 white candidates in SOUTH CAROLINA.

That doesn't sound bad at all. Especially, once you consider how big of an issue race has become over the course of the race, and discount all of the women that voted for Clinton because she's a woman.

Sounds like Hillary doesn't have what it takes to build a multi-racial coalition to me.

19. It's like Bush's concept of bipartisanship:
Having 1 (ONE) Democrat on board is bipartisan.
