13. The Philadelphia Inquirer actually is Republican owned
It is owned by the Toll Brothers, from a big real-estate family. Probably the richest people in Philly, and probably in the top 20 nationally. About 80% of their Op-Eds are conservative, and the same proportion of their columnists.

The "Inky" also has a major animus against the Clintons. But it isn't quite a mall sheet.

The editorial cartoonist, Tony Auth, is very liberal, but has hated the Clintons since at least 1994.

The other papers I'm not too familiar with.
