Mac called for Rummy to resign once the war became unpopular
My question, did HRC call for Rummy to resign before or after Mac did?

I know they both "opposed the way the war was handled" after the war became unpopular. Who was first to dump on Rummy?

1. Although it doesn't seem like the Evan Bayh I've followed for a long time,

Evan Bayh went at Rumsfeld with a scythe over the mismanagement of the Iraq War.

I could hardly believe my eyes/ears.

Excerpt:

While testy and elusive when questioned by Senator McCain, his boss's longtime nemesis, Mr. Rumsfeld preserved the president's options, first when questioned by Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, then by Senator Evan Bayh, Democrat of Indiana. It was two hours into the hearing before the subject of Mr. Rumsfeld's possible resignation was broached, with Mr. Graham saying, ''somebody is drafting an article of impeachment against you right now,'' an interesting word choice, since Mr. Graham rose to fame during the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton.
Mr. Bayh asked if Mr. Rumsfeld's resignation would not demonstrate to the world how seriously the administration took the prisoner-abuse scandal.
''That's possible,'' Mr. Rumsfeld said with breathtaking simplicity, stunning the packed hearing room into utter silence for several seconds.
''I appreciate your candor,'' Mr. Bayh finally responded.
