There's a thread on this site, with a bunch of recommends titled, .

Black people simply voting for the Black candidate is NOT a victory

As though Black people are back to counting for less than!

Back in the days of slavery, Black folks were counted as 3/5 of a White person. Now, I'm seeing this shit replayed by Hillary supporters. That has got to go!

Here's more on that!
The three-fifths compromise was a compromise between Southern and Northern states reached during the Philadelphia Convention of 1787 in which three-fifths of the population of slaves would be counted for enumeration purposes regarding both the distribution of taxes and the apportionment of the members of the United States House of Representatives. It was proposed by delegate James Wilson.

4. It's so good to see you otimistic and 'fired up'
after your near despair on the day of the vote. I am not an Obama supporter but 10% of the white vote was something I didn't want to see, regardless of won. Deep polarization of race, wealth, gender or sexual orientation, is not something that benefits any on us.

Obama speaks about the American belief in the impossible. It's one phrase that has stuck in my mind. On election day. On election day it may have of all seemed impossible. Obama said tonight it takes belief, work and solidarity to move the status quo. Very solid Democratic principles. On every point, congratulations om your thoughtful contributions to DU.

Barack Obama has achieved so much, in so little time. Who knows how bright the future may me?

6. ok
you're obnoxious.

You could've made your point in the OTHER thread you refer to, but instead started a new one that nobody seemed to care about, and then repeatedly kicked it yourself. That's obnoxious.
