CNN: Obama does very poorly among non-college graduate whites, older whites
To Obama supporters, enjoy your victory but if this many white democrats are not ready for a black president, republicans sure as hell won't be.

Obama got 15% among white voters over 60

Obama got 17% among white voters without college education

8. what the fuck do you think the national electorate is?
Older voters and non educated voters.

How the fuck do you think Bush got elected twice or at least got close to the margin of stealing?

11. So I guess the elitist is Obama.
The working class votes for Hillary.

And now you can sneer at the working class. What a fine generation you are.

And "educated" doesn't equal "elitist".

You keep mentioning this so much regarding America's feelings that I'm getting the feeling that it's also your own.

Just saying.

25. I am tired of this "without college education" and uneducated shit.
That is right wing speak. This is the first election cycle where I have heard them referred to in this manner.

Without college education and uneducated are working class and blue-collar. They are the party base.

This term is insulting and any Obama fan celebrating the dumb ignorant uneducated voters should be ashamed. As we go into Super Tuesday you should really think about who your candidate is not appealing to.

26. That's not what those statistics say at all.
The implication is that Hillary Clinton did better among non-college graduates and people over 60. That doesn't mean they won't vote for Obama in the general election. Nor does it have anything to do with his race.

31. Recent blog post about Obama '08
I found this article (http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Is_Obama_Edwards_the_Best_Shot_for_the_Democrats_in_08) just a few seconds ago on Digg about what Obama can do to secure more of the White Vote as well as who might be his running mate in '08.
