Obama and plausible deniability
so much for change and a different kind of politics

quote: "A few months after Obama became a U.S. senator, he and Rezko's wife, Rita, bought adjacent pieces of property from a doctor in Chicago's Kenwood neighborhood -- a deal that has dogged Obama the last two years. The doctor sold the mansion to Obama for $1.65 million -- $300,000 below the asking price. Rezko's wife paid full price -- $625,000 -- for the adjacent vacant lot. The deals closed in June 2005. Six months later, Obama paid Rezko's wife $104,500 for a strip of her land, so he could have a bigger yard. At the time, it had been widely reported that Tony Rezko was under federal investigation. Questioned later about the timing of the Rezko deal, Obama called it "boneheaded" because people might think the Rezkos had done him a favor."

1. Barack's favorite quote these days appears to be
"We didn't know"

2. Rezko...seems like I have heard that name before somewhere.
Maybe it was here at GDP about a week ago or something like that.

Thanks though for slinging repackaged(?) s--t against the wall. Either it has already stuck to the wall or it ain't going to, so give it a rest. (I realize that the stink fills the room whether the s--t sticks to the wall or not, so I understand the campaign strategy here.)

Obama and Hillary are 1A and 1B with me. I hope you are not doing this to support her candidacy. (Or maybe you are just here to stir up s--t.)

If you want to discuss Obama's inexperience, his positions on issues, his campaign strategy, but please don't drag our politics down to the lowest common denominator, but ridiculing anyone who tries to raise the level of discourse.
