With all the critical and at times, nasty banter being exchanged on DU - I'd like to believe that when the dust settles after our convention this August, that we will close ranks.

Having a common enemy may inspire that --- and some damn hot make-up sex :)

I do have some concern that the growing rift between the Obama and Clinton camps may turn into a chasm - one that may be hard to repair. But, at least a good percentage of folks share some optimism.

Of course, the best assurance for unity IMO is an Edwards nomination. But how likely is that....?
