That's what happened today with the Clinton bashing in the MSM.

Obama is done and even the SC polls are showing it.

He looks like a whining crybaby and a lightweight. He's been fighting with Bill Clinton while Hillary is making friends with voters one by one.

The kid just isn't ready for the big leagues.

1. This is the first time I'm weighing in
My message is not only in response to you but to all the others who post about the candidates. Do you really believe that any one of the three remaining is done for? I don't. I don't think there will be a nominee until much later. Even Super Tuesday won't decide things. Things are in flux and should be in flux.
My two cents.

3. I have to agree.
But I think the OP is hoping his hostile, antagonistic posting will actually sway someone over to his side of things.

15. Queen? But the Constitution prohibits
Titles of nobility. I distinctly remember reading that.

11. hostile, antagonistic postings....
Don't do a damn thing to change peoples minds!

In fact, it creates an opposite reaction.

Too bad some don't get that.

And, BTW --- I agree with your post. :hi:

2. what happpened today?
Been real busy and haven't been paying attention since the NC debate. I thought Obama was way ahead in SC. Is something happening elsewhere that is bad for Obama?

6. A few things
Edited on Thu Jan-24-08 08:05 PM by Proud2BAmurkin
The Clinton bashing by the MSM reached defcon 5. When it did he said SHAME ON YOU and said Obama and the MSM were short changing the voters because they just wanted to bicker.

Obama cried to CNN about Begala and Carvelle ("it's not fair") and they're gone

New polling shows HUGE racial divide in SC where Hillary gets more BLACK voters than Obama gets of WHITE voters.

Fresh new stories out on Obama including Rezko and underhanded "pressing the wrong button" votes

5. I'm not sure who screwed themselves worse
Clinton for making herself look like someones ex-spouse
Obama for leaving his entire "HOPE" and "CHANGE" strategy to look like another 'just a politician'

10. I posted a line yesterday noting where a colleague
of mine stated that he was getting so sick of Hillary Clinton that if it comes down to a choice between Clinton and Mitt Romney in the general election that he just might "pull the lever for Romney" (whom he detests).

I also stated that he had spoken favorably about both McCain and Obama, but had not committed as between those two.

Today he stated that he and his new girlfriend made a date for February 5. They will be going to a North Dakota Democratic caucus and supporting Obama.

I don't know how this fits into the larger picture, but . . .

13. You might want to mention to your friend...
that pulling a lever(do people still do that?)for Romney or McCain does nothing for our Constitution or our SCOTUS.

That really is the bottom line in this election. The defense and preservation of our Constitution and the legal system that operates from it.

14. I try to persuade anyone I get a chance to talk to to support
Democrats in general every time I think I have a chance to persuade.

(I should perhaps emphasize the in general).

My colleague, however, he may be a friend but I did not go that far in my post, is independent, and highly intelligent, and won't be persuaded by stock lines.

If you would have some solid documented facts about McCain in particular==as I am sure I can find some help locating around here when the time comes, that might be of help.

Meanwhile I was just reporting on one small observation about one (and now two counting his new girlfriend whom I have not yet met) person(s) and how I perceive their opinions to be shifting as the campaign unfolds.

when you're talking like a grade schooler.

Whiny crybaby?
