Via Mark Crispin Miller: testimony to vote suppression in NV.
From Patricia Axelrod:

Go to the page headed 'Registration,' then look to 'Inside
the Room' and at the 11:30AM section, which clearly
states: "Caucus chair closes doors and announces
attendance" (emphasis added). The manual makes it
quite clear that Hillary's supporters were to be in place
to caucus by 11:30.

BE ADVISED THAT THE OFFICIAL DEMOCRATIC
PARTY RULE WAS TO SHUT THE DOOR AT 12PM.

Your careful review of this manual may lead you to believe
as do I that there was collusion between the Hillary people
and the official Nevada Democratic party - particularly when
you learn that Democratic party bigwigs endorsed Hillary in
advance of the caucus.

Please advise if you are unable to read Hillary's
manual. I would be pleased to fax out the entire
manual to anyone requesting a copy. Just provide a
fax number and it will be my pleasure to forward the
ugly truth to any inquiring mind. (People wanting off
the Kucinich list - please have patience - your name
will me removed as I update my list.)

All the best from wild and woolly Nevada where
anything goes,

Patricia Axelrod

I don't care who is doing this. It's wrong.

2. It looks like her people were instructed to get those doors to close early.
That's vote suppression.

9. Rocky,
when I helped out at our caucus, I did tell a man who was in line at the wrong precinct that he needed to get down the street before 11:30 because we were told by our trainers at the Dem Party that everyone in line by then should be given a preference card and let in to caucus. An Obama observer came up to me and showed me his outline for the NV caucuses and questioned me about that. I did refer him to the chair -- but, I told him that I could assure him we weren't locking the doors 'til noon. He seemed concerned about this issue -- as if he had been told to keep on top of when the doors close.

My feeling was that anyone in line at noon would be checked in. Why shut people out?
