Poll question: Candidate Opinion Poll #2 (of 4): John Edwards
These four polls are meant to gauge the general opinion among DUers of each of the four remaining Democratic presidential candidates as we head into Super Tuesday. It's not meant as a support poll - simply an opinion poll. Please feel free to leave comments. :)

Overall, what is your opinion of Senator John Edwards as a Presidential candidate?

1. Favorable
although now that he's not going to get the nomination (or so it seems) I wish he had kept his Senate seat (of course, he might have lost that too). I sure hope he can be Veep and then President in 2012.

2. So, based on the results...
...more people hate John Kerry than John Edwards, so far.

3. Well, a lot of people who don't support him like him.
He's very likable, after all.

4. Somewhat Favorable. He seems to be a nice guy....
and a smooth talker but I think he has big holes in experience, foreign policy and national defense credibility. I'd vote for him if he won the nomination but I don't like his chances as much as I like Kerry's.

Please get that thing removed from your lip John.

5. Very unfavorable. I don't like him.
I don't like Kerry either, but I dislike Edwards more than Kerry. At least Kerry thinks going into Iraq because of a bunch of lies was the wrong thing to do....Edwards doesn't. :( I'm glad I don't have to vote for him in the GE. He'll be finished after tomorrow. IMCPO

6. The order is very confusing and I cannot change my vote
If it goes from best to worst, the first option should have been Very favorable, to follow by favorable, then un and very un..

If anyone else would have this format you would scream bloody murder!

8. Favorable
Love his Southern charm and I think he'd bring some new perspective on things. However, he's been a bit frenzied close to Super Tuesday. That makes me wonder if he's ready and if he feels a bit slighted when he shouldn't.

10. He's very easy on the eyes.
Photogenic. Has a warm voice. If those are the things that make someone viable, he's got them.

As for issues, I like some. I don't like others. It balances out; I'd say I'm neutral.
