Why is Hillary Clinton the best Commander-in-Chief candidate?

They constantly repeat this mantra but where's the reasoning to support this assertion?

Note: they refers to the Clinton campaign.

1. She is most willing to use the U.S. military as an emperial force --
to control resources that are beneath the land in other nations.

She is the exact opposite of Dennis Kucinich -- that is why most people cannot perceive him as C-in-C -- he refuses to use the military to destroy other people for economic gain.

2. Who is "they"?
I have read that the military industrial complex likes her. I am not sure why the people who told me that would think that would make me wanna support her.

4. The Clinton campaign (including Hillary). But I just don't see it.

They seem to be operating under the assumption if you just say something often enough people will accept it as fact.

Note: By "they" I mean the Clinton campaign.

8. She didn't.

She voted for a resolution that instructed Bush to NOT go off half-cocked on any preemptive adventure but rather only based on real, proven intelligence that Hussein really had WMD and that he was a threat to the US.

Bush lied that he had such proof. Blame Bush and not Clinton or any of the others who made the terrible mistake of trusting a President of the United States at his word.

My vote is not, however, a vote for any new doctrine of pre-emption, or for uni-lateralism, or for the arrogance of American power or purpose -- all of which carry grave dangers for our nation, for the rule of international law and for the peace and security of people throughout the world.

******** A vote for it is not a vote to rush to war; it is a vote that puts awesome responsibility in the hands of our President and we say to him - use these powers wisely and as a last resort. And it is a vote that says clearly to Saddam Hussein - this is your last chance - disarm or be disarmed.

10. They keep referring to her time on the Armed Services Committee
which I'm sure she lobbied for exactly because she knew she'd one day run for president. But what has she done as part of that committee? Has she distinguished herself? She's not a chairman, not a ranking member ... ??? I think she just has her C-in-C outfit picked out and she'll be "ready on day one" to play dress up.
