Watching The Replay Of The Debate, It Was Clear Hillary Came Out To Bloody Obama
She started attacking him right after he said that what's been going on in the last couple of days isn't the type of campaign that the American people want to hear.

I thought it was going to end there and they'd move on, but Clinton dug in deeper, and told him that he agreed with Bush on the war, scrubbed his site of his anti-war speech, and voted to fund the war.

Then Blitzer let him respond.

Obama started speaking, and Hillary interrupted him.

Obama started speaking again, and then he hit her with the Walmart charge. Half the crowd cheered, some booed, and he said he's been fighting against Reagan's policies.

Then Obama sais she praises Reagan in a book by Tom Browkaw. They both start arguing. Clinton then says she didn't mention Reagan's name - Obama says your husband did, she said he's not here, then Obama says 'it's hard to know who I'm running against.'

Then Clinton hits him with the charge of Republicans having good ideas. Obama says he never said they were good ideas.

Then she hits him with the Rezko thing. The crowd boos the shit out of her.

and now CNN cuts away.

1. She knew she'd get booed.
"Likeable" was not her top priority tonight!

her objective: increase Obama's negative poll numbers. Increase them to her levels, that is.

7. Could be.
Or, leave people with the overall impression that he's defensive or that she's tough enough to take on Republicans?

9. Or she's just distasteful...
there are those that can make arguments for their positions without attacking others. There are those that can discuss without getting down in the gutter. I personally do not want another President like George Bush.

10. Her intention may have been to provoke him.
If that was her goal, she met it.

15. Provoke?

that was just same old, same old. What she's been doing since she fell behind in some polls. Typical.

I'll move myself and my family aside
If we happen to be left half alive
I'll get all my papers and smile at the sky
Though I know that the hypnotized never lie
Do ya?

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again
Don't get fooled again

5. I don't know --
depends on how the majority of voters view it.

I think her goal may well have been to get him flustered and on the defensive, and she did that.
