Not cheating, not race... Why Obama lost the Nevada Popular Vote

The Only idealogical category Senator Obama lost widely was Very Liberal

The 22% discrepancy in that small demo accounts for 2/3 of the losing margin.

Don't know what it means, but it's a notable change from Barack's dominance of the "progressive/very liberal" demo in Iowa.

14. Probably in combination with age
I assume older "very liberal" folks who remember Reagan best would be most affected... an effect that would be hard to isolate since Obama generally does less well the older the voter.

3. I assume 'very liberal' in NV is different than very liberal on DU
Cause she sure does not rule in here....

And is the least liberal of the Dem candidates.

9. I see Hillary as much more liberal than Obama
Maybe it is because of Obama's remarks about the "excesses" of the 60s and 70s (the women's rights and civil rights era) as well as Obama linking Reagan to entrepreneurship and accountability in government when Reagan was a paid spokesperson for the biggest corporation of all (GE) and began the privatization that has led to no-bid Halliburton contracts.

11. which shows why he's better for the GE....he is perceived as less
Liberal than Clinton, when he really isn't.

Those Dems who voted for Clinton, will vote for Obama. So Obama is preferrable, when it really counts.
