MSNBC just stated they DO NOT KNOW who gets the delegates in NV
I.E. they DO NOT KNOW if Clinton gets 13, and Obama gets 12 or vice versa. Can we lay this to rest already? Sheesh!

8. The guy from the Las Vegas Sun was on MSNBC
and said it was a Hillary win, period. That the delegates would be assigned later, proportionally and essentially that anyone spinning otherwise was laughable.
