David Axelrod: Bitter, party of one
just saw John Edwards' communications guy, Anne Lewis (from the Clinton Campaign) and David Axelrod (from Obama's Campaign) on MSNBC and, although the man from Edwards was very sweet and did what he could to mitigate an obviously difficult loss and Anne Lewis handled Hillary's win with grace and humor, I found David Axelrod to be bitter, cranky, a sore loser and condescending.

I'm not sure he's the person they should be sending out to speak with the Media after Obama wins or loses ... and especially if he loses!

1. You're suprised by this? David Axelrod is the guy who suggested Sen. Clinton was responsible
for Butto's death b/c of her Iraq war vote....

Doesn't surprise me at all if he was bitter after today.

2. you're right
I just keep expecting better from Obama's spokespeople. Doesn't he realize that he's the face of his candidate when people are tuning in to see who won what?

Can't be helpful to get a strong dose of Bitter and Condescending when trying to get a sense of what his Candidate is like.

4. I agree that he should be professional...
...and put his best face forward and represent the campaign well.

However, he's bummed. Maybe we could give the guy a break. He's only
human. He lost

I do agree with you though. Even when you lose, you still have to press
forward and stay positive. If your supporters see you acting like that,
it's not very inspirational.

Plus, Obama is sitting very well. It was a long shot to beat Hillary.
The media practically coronated her during most of 2007. Obama was
behind 20 points in Nevada, 6 months ago. Plus, he's far ahead in South
Carolina.

This is not good news, but it's not the death knell.

6. not a sore winner at all
just curious as to why they decided to put Mr. Bitter Pill on the tee-vee to speak for Obama. Not a good decision if you're trying to inspire your troops, if you will, after a tough loss.
