Chris Matthews: A Rant
There is only one thing more pitiful than watching Chris "Tweety" Matthews attempt to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory for Hillary Clinton in the wake of the Nevada Democratic Caucuses. And that is watching David Schuster of NBC, who really ought to know better, praise him for his insightful, fascinating political commentary.

Words of "Wisdom" from "Tweety" Matthews: "They" meaning the Clintons "are very effective at letting the other guy expose his weaknesses and then jumping on him."

You will probably want to take a "What the fuck?" moment to digest this one. Exactly what was Tweety getting at? Was he saying that some politicians are ineffective at jumping on their opponents weakness? They are so nice that they do things like say "I am sure what my opponent meant to say was blah, blah, blah" or "My opponent would never xxx"? Nice guys like these never wait malevolently as the Clintons do for their political rivals to reveal their inadequacies. They pitch right in to give their opponents a boost when they are slipping in the polls. Nice Christian fellows like Huckabee. Nice Mormons like Romney.

Or maybe Tweety was contrasting the Clintons to Republicans who do not bother waiting for their rivals to slip up. They just have their media whores make up stuff. Like the Swiftboat Vets or McCain's Black love child. There sure is something sneaky about people like the Clintons who do not have to hire hard working journalists (like Tweety) to tell lies. People who can lure their opponents into creating their own political messes. Hmmm! Maybe that Hillary really is a w-i-t-c-h. In addition to being the head of the Arkansas mafia. And a Lesbian.

Note how Tweety attributes enormous power to the Clintons. The pair have single handedly injected race into the corporate media's coverage of the Democratic presidential campaign, after the MSM has studiously avoided mentioning the subject for an entire year. I guess this means that Hillary held a loaded gun to Matthews' head the day after the New Hampshire primary and ordered him to say that she won, because the voters of that state are a bunch of racists.

According to Tweety, a loss in South Carolina is actually part of the Clintons' fiendish race baiting battle plan for victory. If Black people vote for Obama in South Carolina, then White people won't vote for him in the rest of the country---in the Gospel according to Chris Matthews. I wonder how the Clintons' persuaded their old constituency in South Carolina to go along with their plan? Voodoo? Bribes? Sexual favors from Bill? Matthews does not elaborate.

It is lucky for us that we have "Tweety" Matthews to warn us about Super Hillary and her megapowers, otherwise we might think that she is just another Democratic candidate running for president with the bulk of the corporate media against her and her fellow Dems (with a particular passion this election cycle since Congress is in Democratic control). Now we will know to look out for her Hillary mind control powers and her Hillary hit squad and her Hillary telekinetic powers that can make her control her opponent's actions---

Chris Matthews must have a serious case of Keith Olbermann envy. Do you think he already realizes that he is being used for a whole new kind of political theater at MSNBC? One that looks like this?

1. You misspelled your subject line.
It should be Chris Matthews: A Runt.

now I wait until I am sure KO is on. I'd rather miss a minute of Keith than see any of Tweetie. That is a lovely rant by the way. I suggest you send it to Tweetie and Schuster and their boss.

6. No can do. They actually have Tweety on for the negative response he generates.
The best way to get back at GE/NBC for Tweety? Every time he says something that you think is race baiting or woman hating or just plain faux stupid ('cause don't let him fool you, that court jester routine is all an act), resist the urge to buy a GE product.

And there are a whole lot of GE products that you can boycott, starting with good old light bulbs.

I wouldn't buy a GE appliance if it came up and sang "We shall overcome" for me.
