Congratulations to Senator Obama and his supporters
Barack ran a vigorous, exciting campaign in NV and he is in a very strong position going into South Carolina.

I've been on the losing end of many presidential primaries, and I know it feels disheartening.

But, your guy is a true phenomenon and I suspect he will continue to shine.

This is going to be a close race, one that will require input from a lot more states than usual before a nominee is chosen. We have some great candidates running.

Congratulations to Hillary and her supporters. And we'll see you in SC.

17. I suspect he'll win by a healthy margin
this whole thing will give a lot more people a say in this, as it moves across the country. Which is great for democracy.

10. He cut her once monster lead to 5 points.
That's nothing to sneeze at despite the sh*t poured on this boards to the contrary.

Viva Obama!

18. That's true AK, but I have to stop watching the TV, because the M$M is unprofessional.
I get depressed when Tweety "gushes and spittles" at me. He just loves *down and dirty* and it makes me vomit. :(

Thanks for the encouragement - cutting through the spin - you make sense.

Have a good one. :hi:

9. Obama came from way behind
and came close to winning. That's a noteworthy accomplishment.

Obama runs a very effective campaign. He's likely to win in South Carolina and the race is far from over.

12. We've got a real contest here!
I like the idea of more voters in more states having a say. I just hope it stays civil.

20. totally agreed
I'm glad this thing is going into the states now where the majority of the nation lives. Our nominee should not be decided by two or three smaller states - lots more should be able to weigh in.

24. We've got to stop agreeing like this, ruggerson.
I can't even remember what I used to disagree with you about, but I thought I did. Did you like Mark Warner or dislike General Clark, maybe?

We need more nice people like you posting on this forum. I am so glad Hillary won but I have to say that Obama did a great job, and is a great candidate. He may win the nomination in the end and I will not be sour about that at all. He is very worthy of being president.

Congratulations to Obama supporters for a great and passionate candidate.

25. Indeed. Thank You All!
We were down by 30 points last year. We were down by 20-30 as recently as last month. Coming within 5 against a candidate backed by the local and national establishment is a good thing. South Carolina Here We Come!

26. HRC scares me
I just do not see real substantial change coming from her. Even worse I feel that her and Bill's negative tactics this primary is really going to weaken the party. We cannot hand over 08 to the republicans.
