1. He's trying to pull the NH shit all over again--lower expectations, trot aides
out to imply that Hillary is distraught and might quit the race, and then: Hallelujah! Comeback Girl! He's doing this to blunt the fact that Obama is making this a close race.

5. I could be wrong but one of the reports on BC's run in with the reporter on that
said the at large precincts will not get more than 6% of the delegates. If that is true, Penn is saying that Obama will get 5.5% and HRC .5% - and that assumes JRE gets none.

it will be in las vegas that he gets his results.
