For those just learning about NV geography
Clark county is Las Vegas area

Washoe County is Reno/Sparks

Douglas County includes Stateline(Tahoe area) and Minden

Carson City County is mostly Carson City

Storey County has legalized prostitution

7. Nevada state law requires that prostitution can be legal only
in counties of less than 400,000 residents which is one reason why Clark and Washoe are not among them

9. Briefly, Clark County is the Democratic stronghold
holds about half the population of the entire state, and usually votes blue. Virtually the rest of the state, however, including Washoe, has voted GOP by just enough of a margin to kick NV over to the GOP in national elections. NV remains the fastest growing state in the union with Clark the leader so NV is trending blue.

Here is a link to statewide, census data: about 59% white, 25% Hispanic, 8% African-American, 6% Asian, etc.
