. . .and folks are are outraged that Obama says some interesting things about Reagan? Looking at what he said he didn't embrace Reagan's policies, he just talked about how Reagan changed this country and some people are having heart attacks? talk about much ado about ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Look at how the Big Dawg and Bush have become the best of friends, didn't Babs even say he was like a member of the family? I'm not bothered by that, but given the reaction to Obama's comments I might have to work up some faux outrage.

1. Yes what a horrible person teaming up with Bush Sr. to raise money for Tsunami vitcims!
But I love the lie about the time frame.

More of the Politics of Hope.

4. he did say he wasn't bothered by it
just that, in keeping in line with the talking points today, he should be.

16. Did you miss Clinton and the Bushes on Katrina?
1. Bush and Clinton gave a press conference about Katrina. Clinton and Bush walk out of the room with Clinton laughing. This was right after Katrina happened when people where dying in New Orleans. What an appropriate time to walk out of a room laughing.

2. Then Clinton was on Larry King with elder Bush. Larry King has a question about people criticizing Bush's handling of Katrina. Old man Bush says to Clinton "you take this" and he did - he defended George Bush's handling of Katrina.

3. But but Bill Clinton is now "a star" and his beloved DLC keeps telling-us to do what he says ...
OR else "his wife" will not keep us safe from those pesky evildoers.

Please! Just "go" Big Dawg? :(

6. I agree
The more I see of Bill, the worse I feel about him, and about his wife. He's a loose cannon, he's showing that legendary temper (the one he never let the country see but which he used to terrorize his staffers) ... I never liked the "slick Willie" moniker while he was president but now I'm beginning to understand where it comes from. These days he reminds me of a used car salesman.

5. Am I the only person who can remember past yesterday?
Former President Bill Clinton said Monday that the first thing his wife Hillary will do when she reaches the White House is dispatch him and his predecessor, President George H.W. Bush, on an around-the-world mission to repair the damage done to America's reputation by the current president -- Bush's son, George W. Bush.

7. Did Hilary speak of 1000 points of light yet? When she does, I'll start bashing
You guys don't realize - this is not about saying a bad name or being photographed together. it's about what informs their vision for the future.
Someone who believe that raygun was about "optimism' - is either dangerously naive or dangerously cynical to decide the future of this country.
And in response - the Clinton/Poppy association is very distasteful for me too - and I am not supporting Hillary. But even so, the context there (ex-presidents doing charity work) is a bit different

8. Yeah, Bill speaks to the people who tried to destroy him.
That's polarizing.

Obama is going to negotiate with our enemies and the Republicans. That's unity and bringing people together.

Bill walks the walk. Obama? Just talk.

A simple search would bear that out.
Don't be disingenuous.

13. It sucks
Yes getting money & help for the Tsunami victims was fine but the President Bill &
H.W. love fest sucks. Bill & Hillary damn well know about Jim Bakker and his work in
Florida 2000 but Bill still plays w/ H.W..

And if Gore was the President in 2000 and it was Bill running for President as Vice
President the Bush crime family would have tried to steal the election from him too.
