Exit poll: Hillary "would have won handily had Obama and Edwards been on the ballot".
Edited on Wed Jan-16-08 12:11 AM by antiimperialist
In this editorial by the Detroit Free Press, titled, "Confusion wins in Democratic vote", it is noted that in an exit poll (name of exit poll not presented),
A follow-up question showed that she also would have won handily had Obama and Edwards been on the ballot. And it would have meant a lot more.

However, I personally believe this is not to be taken too seriously.
We don't know how many Obama and Edwards supporters simply stayed home because 1) They found no reason to go vote in these unusual uncontested elections and 2) the weather, I heard, was not optimal.

1. Yes, Hillary supporters are all polar bears and penguins
As the sports saying goes, it's the same weather for everyone.

5. After 15 debates and months of television coverage...
you're going to play the name recognition card?

This place just keeps getting funnier.

6. I live in MI. Many Edwards and Obama supporters were confused as hell
many write ins were discarded.

This isn't a loss for Hillary, but it is no victory.

8. Hillary was the only one in a contest for no delegates
Don't you think many more people would have shown up if this was a full-fledged Primary?

This result is not a good sign for Hillary.
