What happened with the lawsuit in Nevada today?
I thought a judge was supposed to rule about whether to let it go forward. Did that happen? Sorry if this was already posted.

I believe the Kucinich one is still in court as we speak.

The other one will be heard on Thursday.

3. Kucinich lawsuit still not decided!
Updated | 6:11 p.m. One hour after the Supreme Court hearing was scheduled to conclude and three hours before the debate was expected to begin, the court had yet to announce a decision, leaving it unclear whether Mr. Kucinich would participate in the debate.
