Why haven't arrangements been made for ALL Nevadans to have equal chance to caucus?

Without knowing a whole lot about this story, my first question is whether or not laws are being broken. If things look suspect, Nevada's votes will be questioned as well. Could be a long damned primary season that goes all the way to the convention. My Australian mates think our system is a bit silly.

3. because Reid controls the state party, Reid is DLC, Hillary is DLC, they changed

our primary to a caucus for Hillary. They did it to prevent the majority of Dems in the state from voting and to keep the turn out manageable. Teachers can vote on Saturdays and the teacher's union promised Clinton the election. Go figure it out. Miners and casino workers statewide who have to work on January 19th won't be voting. They don't matter. And now, Hillary wants them to know they really don't matter.
