but Roger is in ways the epitome of er, excuse me "white trash". I don't think he's nearly as educated as his brother. Plus, maybe where Roger lives that sort of language is used.

Either way, accusing the either Hillary or Bill of making racist statements is nonsensical. But Bill's "fairy tale" statement was poorly constructed and could be interpreted the other way. It was a line in a rant that wasn't even needed to get his point across (a point which Bill has no credibility making because he was a supporter of the war).
