Poll question: When Hillary's campaign catches fire, who will most likely concede to her first, Edwards or Obama?
We all know Richardson won't be lasting much longer.

So if Edwards and/or Obama decide to call it quits early, which one throws in the towel first?

1. I don't think any of the top three will concede
before the convention.

5. When Hillary's campaign office catches fire?
Edwards would throw in the wet towel, Obama would give a speech about transcening old politics.

23. Yeah but chances are they won't.
Momentum is a strong force, and really there just isn't enough time to stop it this cycle, once it gets started. I think even you would have to admit that Obama is becoming a bit of a phenomenon, especially among the younger set. Unless you have knowledge of a real, major scandal, I wouldn't put any money at Obama's momentum being slowed down.

I think anyone would admit that. If they wouldn't admit that, then they're just being stubborn.

35. "It's time for a reality check."
Most Americans reject Hillary because she represents oligarchic, entrenched, moneyed Wall Street/DC interests. She might've had a better chance in 2004, actually. Even Bill isn't helping her now. People are even more pissed off and desperate than they were in 2004, and they want real, insitutional change. That cannot come from someone from the DLC. DLC assumptions and goals are The Problem.

However, I think personally Hillary is an intelligent, capable person, and would make an intelligent, capable president. I just think the time has passed for her - people want something more radical now. Ironic, considering her past, and how she's moved right to be more "electable".
